This subscription is aimed at businesses and organizations that want to have their server always updated and on the latest version. Likewise, they want to count on Zentyal Support Team´s help when they need it. The Enterprise Subscription allows unlimited number of users and includes all the features, software updates and upgrades to newer versions. It also includes unlimited support tickets during the validity of the subscription.

You need to purchase one subscription per server (physical or virtual). In the Enterprise Subscription, the maximum support response time varies from 4 business hours to 1 or 2 business days, depending on the severity level of the incident.
If you do not renew the subscription and it expires, the server will stop working and you will lose access to all services. If you wish, you can change your subscription to a perpetual license at any time. To do this, you simply need to purchase the corresponding license before the subscription expires.
