Urgent technical support when you need it! This support ticket is aimed at customers who need support as soon as possible. Support is provided through Zentyal Support Portal in English or Spanish. The maximum response time on the “Express” ticket is four business hours.

This support tickets entitles you to open a single ticket to resolve a single issue on a valid commercial server. You need to have a valid Commercial Zentyal Server Edition (a valid perpetual license or yearly subscription) in order to receive support.
