Yearly Subscription for a single server, up to 300 users, upgrades and 5 support tickets
This subscription is aimed at businesses and organizations that want to have their server always updated and on the latest version. Likewise, they want to count on Zentyal Support Team´s help when they need it. The Medium Subscription allows up to 300 users and includes all the features, software updates and upgrades to newer versions. It also includes five support tickets per year during the validity of the subscription.

You need to purchase one subscription per server (physical or virtual). In the Medium Subscription, the maximum support response time is 1 or 2 business days, depending on the severity level of the incident.
If you do not renew the subscription and it expires, the server will stop working and you will lose access to all services. If you wish, you can change your subscription to a perpetual license at any time. To do this, you simply need to purchase the corresponding license before the subscription expires.
