(Madrid, Spain) Zentyal, developer of easy IT solutions for small business, is pleased to announce the definitive dates of Zentyal Summit 2013: The third edition of this annual event will be held on 3 and 4 October 2013. The event, to be held in Etopia (Center for Arts & Technology of Milla Digital, in Zaragoza), provides a unique meeting point for Authorized Zentyal Partners and IT providers interested in becoming partners along with customers, community members and Zentyal server users.
The Zentyal Summit 2013 slogan, ‘Keep calm and go hybrid’, is a wink at the IT channel partners who are concerned about the intent that leading manufacturers are making to fully replace local server infrastructure with cloud. Unlike these manufacturers, Zentyal offers a native Microsoft Active Directory replacement and advocates a hybrid solution that allows SMB customers maintain their local IT infrastructure and adopt cloud solutions according to their needs.
“Zentyal Summit is an event which allows everyone involved in our ecosystem to get together, meet, share their experiences, learn from each other” said Ignacio Correas, CEO of Zentyal, adding “There is nothing like meeting in person to speed things up and take decisions, whether it is about business or technological development. And our partners also understand this: Last year we received more than 200 registrations from 32 countries and had attendees from Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and of course, from Spain“.
The official Zentyal Summit 2013 website http://summit.zentyal.com which was published today, allows registration to the event and submission of talk proposals by all those who want to present their experiences with Zentyal solutions and related technologies. Those interested in offering a talk must submit their proposals by July 31. There is no registration fee, but the number of seats available is limited, so early registration is recommended.
The final program of Zentyal Summit 2013 will be announced in August. It will include presentations of success stories and migration projects, advanced technical and commercial training sessions, partner and customer experiences, presentations on company strategy and future products, along with talks and discussions on technological development and collaborations. In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to take the official ZeCA certification exam -with a special discount- a prerequisite to become an Authorized Zentyal Partner.
The Zentyal Summit 2013 is organized in collaboration with the Zaragoza City Hall and Local Government of Aragón.
